Export process

What happens between your enquiry and your delivery

Six stages, each with the documents it produces. Nothing here is unusual. The point is that you can see it before you commit.

The six export stages

01

Enquiry

You send the product, grade, quantity, packing format and destination port. If a specification sheet exists on your side, we work to it rather than ours.

Payment terms

Telegraphic transferAdvance TT as agreed for the order size, balance against documents

Sample & trial order

The lowest-risk way to test a new supplier, and the way we prefer to start.

1

Tell us the product and the specification you are matching.

2

We confirm what we can supply against it, in writing, with pricing.

3

We send a standard sample quantity for that product. Samples are paid, with freight at cost or on your courier account.

4

If it passes, place a trial order at or above the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for that product, stated in your quotation.
